Stephane started its career in Europe as an auditor working mainly with the European Community. He moved to Asia in 1994 where he worked as head of institutional sales for several Thai brokerage houses. He was instrumental in positioning Seamico Securities as the leading Thai independent brokerage house helping raising its market share from 1% to 7%. In 1999 he joined a boutique investment bank and successfully rose US$500mm for Bank of Ayudhya Plc., through private placement. He also structured and executed several take-over of listed and non-listed companies including DTM, PAE and others. In 2003 he joined Grant Thornton (“GT”) as Head of Corporate Finance in Bangkok where he advised many listed and non-listed companies in their M&A and capital raising strategies. In 2008, Stephane left GT to start OptAsia Capital.
MBA from Chulalongkorn University, BA from Thammasat University, both in Finance and banking. He also holds an FA license regulated by the SEC.
Annop has 15 years of experiences in investment banking. He held senior position as Senior Vice President at both IFCT Advisory Co., Ltd. and Asia Plus Securities Plc. He has been involved in various areas of advisory business such as business restructuring, business planning and strategy development, fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, project feasibility study, business valuation. He gave advice on share listing for a number of companies that includes several major sectors of Thailand, i.e., Food & Processed Food, Manufacturing, Construction, Electronics, Entertainment. He is well familiar with the rules and regulations of the SEC and the SET. Prior to joining OptAsia Capital, he worked at Aureos Advisor Co.,Ltd, a fund managed by Aureos group based in London, where he focused on private equity participation with an investment of USD 5-7 million/company.

Supachai has over 10 years of working experience in buy-side, sell-side and corporate. He started his career working for a listed company in Thailand for the restructuring and fund raising during the economy crisis. Prior to joining OptAsia, he was Director of the Corporate Finance division of Grant Thornton advising clients for a broad range of services. Additionally, Supachai worked for PrimePartners, a private equity fund in Singapore investing in Asia and also one of the largest distressed fund, Cerberus, where he held a Vice President position in Thailand.

Jirawath started his career as engineer in the electronic industry but later changed his field to finance and securities, working his way from research and securities analysis to investment banking. He spent several years with CMIC in the investment banking division gaining experiences in financial modeling, financial advisory on listing on the SET, underwriting and execution. Jirawath has accumulated years of experiences in corporate debt restructuring, project financing and has been active in fund raising exercises both in the debt as well as capital markets.
